Quick and Easy Ayurvedic Recipe Challenge - Win $100!
Ayurvedic cooking can be quick and easy, and we want to prove it! Send us your best Ayurvedic recipe that takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. It could be a thermos flask meal or something else that provides wholesome and balanced nourishment. The winner will get a $100 prize and all the qualifying recipes will be published in a PDF booklet that New World Ayurveda will distribute for free (you’ll be able to share it with your community as a contributor).
To join this fun and exciting challenge email us at study@newworldayurveda.com and include:
your recipe complete with its Ayurvedic properties
A photo of the dish
Your name, a photo of yourself, and a short bio about yourself and Ayurveda
Get your recipe in by February 22, 2022. The recipes will be judged by a panel and the winner will be announced on our Facebook page.

You can enter as many times as you like. Each recipe must include its Ayurvedic properties and a photo of the dish.
One prize of $100 will be awarded to the winner
Entries must be received by February 22, 2022
Judging will be by New World Ayurveda faculty and staff and will be based on meeting the requirements of being quick and easy to prepare, and then will be based on taste and Ayurvedic benefits.
By entering you agree to allow your content to be a part of the recipe booklet and any content you send may be used in the booklet. If you wish to not be included in the booklet you must let us know in writing at study@newworldayurveda.com.
